The Jensen ANHD20RTL12 HDTV antenna is an omni-directional terrestrial antenna that receives digital broadcasts from local stations. This version includes a retrofit installation kit to make it simple to replace an old crank-up batwing antenna.

Because it is an omni-directional digital antenna it never requires special aiming to receive a signal. If you own one of the traditional crank-up batwing antennas you know what a chore it is to rotate and aim your antenna to receive a broadcast signal. Furthermore, the Jensen ˜OMNI antenna is a low profile stationary mount which does not need to be raised or lowered ever. This kit will replace that old crank-up bat wing antenna in a snap.

Inside the coach, the amplified wall plate requires 12 volt power and connects to the coax cable from the antenna, and then connects to the coax cable for the television and also provides an FM signal cable for radio reception. The wall plate also features a 12 volt outlet for any 12 volt electronics. The three position selector switch displays OFF-RADIO-TV choices.

When removing an old crank-up bat wing antenna it will leave a big hole in your roof and a hole in your ceiling. The included installation kit solves those problems by supplying a stainless steel roof plate which covers the roof hole from the bat wing antenna's gear box housing. This rugged plate also provides a mounting surface for your new Jensen HDTV antenna and a cable hole for the coax cable. It is secured with the included stainless steel screws and sealed to the roof with silicone sealer which the installer or owner must provide.
