USE OF THE SITE
“The Website” or “Site” refers to the following URLs: http://www.LTMelectronics.com, http://www.LTMRV.com, and http://www.LTMCV.com. The Website content is owned by LTM Electronics, LLC and Leisure Time Marketing, Inc. and the respective owners of any logos, trademarks, and content copy belonging to the manufacturers of our products. We use these manufacturers’ trademarks, logos, and content with their consent.  None of the site content may be copied or used without written consent.
The purpose of the site is to serve as an online catalog with ordering functionality for our national wholesale base of dealers. Consumers will find the site a helpful resource for specialty products not easily procured in their local area.
SITE ERRORS
The Website makes every effort to provide accurate pictures, descriptions and prices of the products we represent. The Website is offered for use “As Is”. The Website may contain errors such as price errors, weight errors, dimension errors, photo errors, outdated specifications, erroneous technical information, or improper classifications. We are not liable for any of these errors and will strive to fix any such mistakes quickly. If you see information which is questionable or erroneous, please contact us at sales@LTMelectronics.com. Users should not construe any pictures or product description as an implied warranty or any type. LTM Electronics reserves the right to fix errors and to update The Website at any time and without notice.

 

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You may go to the “My Account” link to log in and view or edit any of your account information or settings. Some of the information you can view or update includes: name, email, password, billing address, shipping address, your orders, your wish list, and newsletter subscription choices. At this time we do not store your credit card information.


ONLINE ORDERING
If we receive your order by 2:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday it will usually ship that same day. Customers with critical time concerns should call us at 800-447-6825 to make sure we can meet you required schedule. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Monday through Friday will ship the next business day.
We accept Visa and MasterCard only. Customers who do not wish to order through our website may call our customer service staff at 800-447-6825 M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
Prices are subject to change daily according to market conditions or changes in our marketing policy. When you place an order, you are receiving the very best price at that time, and your order confirms your acceptance of that price. Prices are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing an error or inaccuracy, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled before we complete your order, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

RESTRICTED PRODUCT LINES; TERRITORIAL RESTRICTIONS
Our website exists to primarily serve our wholesale dealer network. Many of our suppliers specify regional boundaries where we can sell their brand named products, or to what type of business we can sell, or whether or not we can sell to consumers, and we are contractually bound to follow those guidelines.

It isn’t possible to notate all such products on the website, so we will notify you if your order contains an item which we cannot ship to your state.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell any item to anyone if it conflicts with our agreements with our suppliers.

CANCELLED, REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by sending an email to sales@ltmelectronics.com or calling 800-447-6825 M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their shipping address. When shipped orders are returned to us due to improper address information due to customer error, we will contact the customer to get the corrected address and re-ship the order, charging the customer for all freight involved(1st outbound shipping, return shipping, 2nd outbound shipping). If the order involved a “FREE SHIPPING” promotion, we will only pay the free shipping the first time.
Customers are responsible to be available to receive and sign for their delivery. After three unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order FedEx will return your shipment to us. These orders will be charged the outbound shipping and return shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee, or a $5.00 minimum charge, whichever is more, before a credit is issued. If the order involved a “FREE SHIPPING” promotion, we will still charge back for the outbound shipment costs as if it were not free because shipping costs were incurred by us and sale was not completed.
Refused orders will be charged the outbound shipping and return shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee, or a $5.00 minimum charge, whichever is more, before a credit is issued. SHIPPING POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Orders placed by 2:00PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday generally leave our facility the same day. We ship most orders via FedEx, either business or residential delivery per the address provided. A signature is required for all deliveries.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, only to physical addresses.
We can only ship to the United States and Canada.
Canadian customs duties, customs clearance fees, value added taxes, and local taxes are assessed by customs authorities and collected by the shipper at the time of delivery. Our website does not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If, for some reason, the shipper is not able to collect the duties and taxes at the time of delivery, the shipper will pay the fees and taxes on your behalf and then bill those fees and taxes back to us. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the fees and taxes if you do not pay them at the time of delivery. Your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions at the time of ordering acknowledges your authorization of this addition charge on your credit card if it becomes necessary.
Products are shipped from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, CA. Occasionally we drop ship from a manufacturer’s warehouse to expedite your order. Our normal shipping policies apply in either case.
If we offer a special promotion that involves free shipping for an item, we will pay the shipping only within the Continental United States (48 states). Free shipping offers cannot apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
“FREE SHIPPING” promotions only apply to completed sales. Returned items(other than pre-approved warranty returns) or refused orders cannot earn free shipping and are charged back for shipping costs before merchandise credits are issued.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS; CONCEALED DAMAGED IN SHIPMENTS:
Although shipping damage is a very rare occurrence, it is important that you open and inspect your shipment the day that you receive it to make sure it arrived in proper condition.
If you open a shipment and there is damage to the actual product, call us immediately to arrange for a return of the entire shipment (including original carton and all packing material) so that we may file a claim with the carrier. Since resolution of a claim can take more than a week, you may wish to re-order the product online while you await a resolution. Once the carrier has retrieved, inspected, and approved the damaged claim, we will refund the purchase and shipping charges. Claims for concealed damage must be made immediately or the carrier will not accept the claim and we will not be able to replace or refund the item.
If you are returning a non-damaged shipment to us, such a warranty item or a product we agreed to take back from you, and your return shipment becomes damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier to receive compensation for damages.


RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
All sales are final. If you need help with an item already purchased, we may approve an exchange or return, but only up to 60 days after date of purchase. Approved returns are issued a return authorization number (RA#) which must be marked on the outside of the shipping carton and on any accompanying paperwork. All packaging, manuals, and parts must be included and look like new product. For products which are in NEW condition a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the merchandise total. For products which have missing parts, worn packaging, or LESS THAN NEW condition we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from the merchandise total plus the cost to replace any missing parts. Every return item must thoroughly inspected which can delay issuing a credit by several days after we receive the goods. We reserve the right to refuse any items for a return. Shipping charges are never refundable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE:
You may request a return by two methods;
(1) by email to sales@LTMelectronics.com,
(2) by calling 800-447-6825; dial extension 13 for non-warranty returns

ITEMS THAT ARE PART OF A PACKAGE OR KIT:
Products that are sold in a kit form or bundled package must be returned together to get a full refund. If one or more items are not returned, those item(s) will be re-priced as a separate item as it would be purchased without the kit or bundle, before any credit is issued for the parts that were returned.
There are no refunds or exchanges for the following conditions. Such items are not subject to our return policy.

  • Products that have been installed. (applies to non-warranty returns)
  • Products that have been abused.
  • Products that are incomplete.
  • Any item with wear marks, physical damage, evidence of installation, evidence of tampering, residue from tape or adhesives, or water damage.
  • Any item which was a Special Order, such as video headrests, Thunderforms, MoBridge, or other vehicle specific custom ordered products, or for any item which we inform you is special order only and you authorize us to order it for you.
  • Products that have been damaged during the return shipment.
  • Products that were not issued an RA number.

We will not accept delivery for, nor allow the return of the following:

  • Items returned to us without an RA number written on the shipping carton.
  • Any item returned with a COD balance or postage due.
  • Deliveries that exhibit visible damage by the carrier during the return shipment.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
All the products that we sell come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. If any products are ever offered without a manufacturer’s warranty, they will be clearly marked that way. For fastest service, please refer to the warranty card included with your product or contact the manufacturer’s warranty department directly.

WARRANTY RETURNS
If you need assistance with Warranty Service, you can contact the Warranty Department(8:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time, Mon - Fri.)

(3) by filling out a Warranty Return Request Form at www.ltmelectronics.com/forms-documents. The completed form can be saved as a PDF file and attached to an email or faxed to 714-848-6192.


WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
ONLY CERTAIN BUSINESSES MAY QUALIFY TO BUY WHOLESALE FROM US:

LTM Electronics, LLC and Leisure Time Marketing, Inc. provide wholesale distribution and manufacturer’s representation to many mobile industries, including retailers, customizers, and installers of mobile electronics, plus builders, distributors, and dealers for recreation vehicles, plus builders, dealers and service companies for fleets, buses and limousines, plus car dealer installation companies and car dealerships, plus builders, dealers and service companies for marine, golf cart, spa, sauna, and outdoor living industries, plus public agencies. Qualified dealers must provide a valid resale license in their respective state to apply for a wholesale web account. 

BENEFITS OF A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT ON LTMelectronics, LTMRV, & LTMCV:

Approved dealers who are logged in will automatically see wholesale pricing displayed when they review products, and may order at the wholesale price. Dealers with approved credit accounts will be able to enter purchase order numbers instead of posting a credit card to complete the order. We periodically email or mail to you product specials and new product announcements.

HOW TO CREATE A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT ON LTMelectronics, LTMRV, & LTMCV:

First, register for a web account (“Register Here” on THE home page), then request to “Apply for a Wholesale Account” by following the link on the completed registration page. At this time you will need to provide us some additional information about your firm, and then our customer service staff will take 1-3 days to verify your business status. Once wholesale access is approved we will send you an email and you can review your account status anytime by logging into the “My Account” section.

ESTABLISHING A PERMANENT ACCOUNT WITH CREDIT PRIVELEGES:

A website wholesale account is different from establishing a permanent customer account. Dealers who expect to purchase continuously should complete our Credit Application to establish Net Terms or Company Check Approval. The Credit Application can be downloaded from the Support section of our website. Click the ‘Support’ link at the bottom of the homepage.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information from you when you register on our site. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

-When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

-We reserve the right to collect information about anyone who uses this site… including cookies, IP address, etc. Any information furnished to the site is property of Leisure Time Marketing, Inc including personal information such as addresses, email, names. Any content posted in reviews or keywords are owned by LTM and we reserve the right to use this information. These uses may include marketing by email, direct mail, fax, and phone calls. We reserve the right to sell this information to our partners. Your use of the site may be tracked, such as page views, product views, and other usage patterns.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.

-We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

-After a sales transaction, your private information (credit cards numbers, etc.) will not be stored on our servers after 30 days. We keep the information available on our secure server for 30 days to facilitate any order adjustments or credits needed to complete your transaction.

DO WE USE COOKIES?
